Ovaj psihoterapijski metod se bazira na slobodnim asocijacijama i na odnosu terapeut-klijent kroz koji se povezuju i razumijevaju podsvjesna konfliktna osje\u0107anja, gradi objektivnija slika o sebi i drugima, analiziraju podsvjesni aspekti li\u010dnosti, \u0161to vodi psihi\u010dkoj promjeni, boljem psiholo\u0161kom stanju i psihosocijalnom funkcionisanju. Individualna seansa traje 50 minuta, jednom sedmi\u010dno. Pored toga, terapija parova namijenjena je i svima<br>onima koji osje\u0107aju da se udaljavaju, da njihov odnos postaje druga\u010diji, i to onakav kakav nikada nisu<br>\u017eeljeli da bude, kao i svim parovima koji imaju potrebu da odnos izme\u0111u njih pobolj\u0161aju. Nerijetko se<br>de\u0161ava da se partneri slu\u0161aju, ali se ne \u010duju. Osnovni cilj psihoterapije jeste upravo to \u2013 da partneri<br>nau\u010de da \u010duju jedno drugo, ali i sebe, kao i da steknu uvid u to na koji na\u010din njihov partner sagledava<br>odre\u0111enu situaciju. Tako\u0111e, na odnos partnera uti\u010du i nesvjesna osje\u0107anja, potrebe i o\u010dekivanja svakog ponaosob, i obrasci pona\u0161anja u njihovom me\u0111usobnom odnosu su dijelom uzrokovana iskustvima u porodi\u010dnim odnosima<br>u pro\u0161losti, ta\u010dnije u djetinjstvu, kad po\u010dinje da se gradi slika o paru i o porodici, kao takvoj. U ovom periodu mogu biti izra\u017eeniji sukobi i sva\u0111e sa roditeljima,<br>izra\u017eenija anksioznost, depresivno raspolo\u017eenje, povla\u010denje u sebe, problemati\u010dno pona\u0161anje u dru\u0161tvu i<br>\u0161koli. Tako\u0111e, adolescenti \u010desto imaju manjak samopouzdanja, nesigurnost, nedostatak samopo\u0161tovanja i negativniju sliku o sebi \u0161to se odra\u017eava na njihove porodi\u010dne odnose i odnose sa vr\u0161njacima. Naglasak<br>psihoterapije je na podr\u0161ci i pomo\u0107i pojedincu, a sama grupa predstavlja jedan od glavnih terapijskih<br>\u010dinilaca. Rije\u010d je o radu sa malom analiti\u010dkom grupom, koju \u010dine 4-8 \u010dlanova. Grupna analiza pokazala se izuzetno efikasnom u tretmanu \u0161irokog polja psihi\u010dkih problema kao \u0161to su problemi u interpersonalnom funkcionisanju, povu\u010denost, stidljivost, usamljenost, strah od intimnosti, strah od autoriteta, zavisnost, kompetitivnost. Tako\u0111e je efikasna i u radu sa problema kao \u0161to su depresija, anksioznost, napadi panike, traumatska iskustva, psihosomatski poreme\u0107aji, poreme\u0107aji pona\u0161anja, i dr. Osnovno sredstvo je rije\u010d, a oblik komunikacije je slobodno lebde\u0107a diskusija, ekvivalent slobodnih asocijacija u psihoanalizi. Ono \u0161to je na grupi re\u010deno, kao i interakcije izme\u0111u \u010dlanova grupe, stalno se podvrgavaju analizi, uzimaju\u0107i u obzir i latentno, nesvjesno zna\u010denje. Postojanje motivacije, spremnost da se preuzme odgovornost za svoj problem i \u017eelja za promjenom, povezani su sa dobrim terapijskim ishodom.<br>Terapijski cilj je ambiciozan, jer se ne sastoji samo u postizanju simptomatskog pobolj\u0161anja kroz<br>ventilaciju i razumijevanje, ve\u0107 i u postizanju promjena u strukturi li\u010dnosti, na osnovu prorade nesvjesnih<br>konflikata i pomjeranje naglaska sa odigravanja na verbalnu komunikaciju. Internet omogu\u0107ava da osobe koje ne mogu do\u0107i lako do psihoterapeuta zbog<br>udaljenosti ili nekih drugih prepreka, u udobnosti svog doma danas mogu raditi na svojim psiholo\u0161kim<br>tegobama I smetnjama putem online komunikacije sa svojim psihoterapeutom. Principi dobre psihoanaliti\u010dke prakse se primjenjuju na online psihoterapiju na isti na\u010din, kao i na psihoterapiju u\u017eivo. Online psihoterapija se zasniva na individualnom radu, trajanje seanse je 50 minuta, vi\u0111anje jednom sedmi\u010dno.<\/pre>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
